1. Who we are

You must not use KrypKard for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that breaches these terms or the card network’s rules. We may suspend or close accounts involved in prohibited use.

7. Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close your account with notice, or immediately where required by law, regulation or to protect you or us.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KrypKard is not liable for indirect losses, market movements, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
